Adaptive Joys of Painting

Join us for a colorful, creativity-filled day where every brushstroke is a masterpiece! Adaptive Joys of Painting is an adaptive art event designed for artists of all abilities to explore, express, and enjoy the joy of painting — no experience required. Inspired by the welcoming spirit of Bob Ross, this program celebrates self-expression over perfection. Whether you paint with a brush, sponge, wheel, or even your fingers, you’ll discover that there truly are no mistakes!

Come kick off summer with our Adaptive Recreation Chill & Grill Summer BBQ! We’ll be gathering in the park for games, prizes, and BBQ! This is an adaptive recreation activity for differently abled participants, their families, and friends!

Bring your island vibes to the pool for our annual Luau Bash! We’ll have food, games, music and swimming is included! Bring swimwear, towels, sunscreen, and extra clothing as this event will occur during recreational swim! This is an adaptive recreation activity for differently abled participants, their families, and friends! 

Event: 90s Summertime Soirée on Aug 12, 11 AM - 1 PM at North Vallejo Community Center. Ages 18+, pre-registration encouraged. $10/R, $12/NR.

SUMMERTIME SOIREE

Wind the summer down with our summertime Soire themed social! Come enjoy refreshments, drinks, music, and a dance competition all 90s throwback themed! This is an adaptive recreation activity for differently abled participants, their families, and friends! 

Homecoming Dance on Sept 6, 11am-1pm at Foley Cultural Center. Ages 18+, $10/R, $12/NR. Shine on the dance floor!

Come warm up from the fall chill and celebrate with the Adaptive Recreation Homecoming Dance! Make awesome memories with friends and show your spirit by decorating your own court sash, vote for homecoming court, and shine like the star you are on the dance floor! This is an adaptive recreation activity for differently abled participants, their families, and friends!
