Purpose

We align Human Resources goals and strategies with the District’s values, mission, and strategic plan.

Responsibilities

We provide services such as recruitment and staffing, classification and compensation, performance management, safety and risk management, employee benefit administration, training and development, and employee and labor relations. We play an instrumental role in developing policies, rules and regulations, and helping the District to comply with the ever-changing state, federal, and local employment and labor laws.
