Water Exercise for Adults
This low-impact class is conducted entirely in the water, providing a full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints. Using the natural resistance of water, participants will improve muscle tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness without added stress. Provided equipment adds variety and enhances each session’s effectiveness. No swimming skills required—just a willingness to move and have fun!
